Ingredients

  • 1 bag of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Peacadillo™ in Salsa Verde
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans
  • 2 tbsp cotija cheese
  • 1 serrano pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Prep

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat 2 tbsp of oil until simmering.
  2. Add SOMOS™ Pasilla Pepper Salsa Ranchera and cook for 5 minutes or until salsa has slightly thickened
  3. Add SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips and gently toss & thoroughly coat the chips.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes more all together
  5. Separately microwave SOMOS™ Peacadillo™ in Salsa Verde and SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans for 90 seconds each
  6. Transfer chilaquiles to a plate and spread SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans and SOMOS™ Peacadillo™ in Salsa Verde evenly across the top.
  7. Garnish with cotija cheese, serrano pepper, and cilantro
