Ingredients

  • 1 bag of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Peacadillo in Salsa Verde
  • 1½ cup Oaxaca or mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup white onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime

Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F
  2. On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips in a single layer
  3. Microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans & SOMOS™ Peacadillo in Salsa Verde for 90 seconds each and top the tortilla chips with both in an even layer
  4. Cover everything with a generous layer of shredded cheese
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake until the cheese has melted, about 10-15 minutes
  6. Top with sour cream, chopped white onion, diced tomatoes, black olives, sliced jalapeño & cilantro
  7. Garnish with limes
  8. Serve immediately for warm and delicious nachos!
