Ingredients

  • 1 jar of SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Medium Salsa
  • 1 bag of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
  • 2 cups cooked hominy
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup radishes, sliced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 lime

Prep

  1. In a large pot, heat chicken or vegetable broth until it comes to a boil
  2. Add cooked hominy and stir
  3. Pour entire jar of SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Taquería Salsa and shredded chicken into pot – lower heat and let simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Serve the Pozole in individual bowls & top each bowl with lettuce, radishes, oregano, red chili flakes & squeeze fresh lime
  5. Enjoy with a side of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
